| 10 | Gem Mint | Virtually perfect. Sharp corners, no surface flaws, perfect centering. |
| 9 | Mint | Minor flaw visible under close inspection. Still excellent eye appeal. |
| 8 | Near Mint–Mint | Slight corner or edge wear, minor surface issue. |
| 7 | Near Mint | Moderate wear on corners or edges but no major damage. |
| 6 | Excellent–Near Mint | Noticeable wear; still attractive. |
| 5 | Excellent | Obvious corner rounding, light creases, or surface loss. |
| 4 | Very Good–Excellent | Heavy wear, possible creases, still intact. |
| 3 | Very Good | Major creases, surface issues, or edge damage. |
| 2 | Good | Heavy damage, but card is complete and recognizable. |
| 1 | Poor | Severe damage, missing paper, writing, or tears. |
